Chef  Marcos  Granda

Born in Asturias on September 1, 1976.

With the opening of Skina Restaurant in December 2004 and with the help of his wife, María Isabel Salamanca, Marcos turns his dream into reality. This is how he really wants to enjoy his passion for good food, gastronomy in general, wines, love of service as such. This is how the young couple achieved together with their team the first Michelin star for Skina Restaurant located in Marbella in the 2009 edition.

Faithful defender of the room service and its importance, grateful and proud of all the members of his team, without whom and worth insisting, that success would not have been possible. All together we try to improve and grow with a daily training, … And above all: service to service.

“The big restaurants are those that make and make the client feel important. The most valuable thing that a restaurant has are its customers, and I try to make the experience in our small house even more exciting, more complete, with all the possible enjoyment as a protagonist, not only of the food but also of the wines and their service”.
