With the opening of Skina Restaurant in December 2004 and the help of his wife, María Isabel Salamanca, Marcos turns his dream into reality. In this way, Marcos rejoices his passion for the finest food, wines, and gastronomy in general. The young couple and their team achieved theirfirst Michelin star for Skina Restaurant located in Marbella in the 2009 edition.
